Seat pitch is rather small and seat cover is torn at some portion. However, overall the seat is clean.

Service: 5/10

Cabin Crew have nice smiles thou some can see the tired face. When it comes to distribution of snacks on board during the flight, cabin crew didn’t pass it to individual customers. They simply open up the tray board of the passenger aisle seat and expect the window seat passenger to take it from there.

In-flight Magazine: 7/10

Since it is Indonesia domestic airline carrier, naturally the articles are written in Bahasa Indonesian which is perfectly fine. In terms of content, some travel destinations included. Not the best, but consider to be good for domestic carrier.
