Day 1 : Fly into Kota Kinabalu, East Malaysia
1735H:Flight depart from Singapore to Kota Kinabalu by AirAsia
2005H: Arrive Kota Kinabalu
2100H: Check into Hostel
Day 2: Climb Mount Kinabalu
0600H: Pick-up from hotel lobby and depart on a 2 hrs journey to Kinabalu Park Headquarter. Collect your packed lunch.
0900H: Guide will arrange for all necessary registrations, assign you a mountain guide and apply for your ID TAG. Transferred to starting point – Timpohon Gate – where your journey and quest to the summit of Borneo’s highest mountain begins! The climb will take approximately 4-5 hours
1500H: Arrive at Pendant hut @ 3,289m and settle in
1530H: Attend the mandatory Via Ferrata familiarization in Pendant Hut and meet your Mountain Torq trainer
1800H: Buffet Dinner at Laban Rata restaurant and overnight at Pendant Hut
2000H: Lights out

Day 3: Climb Mount Kinabalu
0130H: Wake up for early supper & pack up
0230H: Continuation of journey towards the summit of Mount Kinabalu.
0540H: Summit Low’s peak @ 4,095m and catch the sunrise
0600H: Descend Low’s Peak to meet Mountain Torq trainer
0715H: Meet via ferrata trainer at Sayat Sayat Hut @ 3,668m for Walk the Torq via ferrata experience (introductory via ferrata, French grade PD)
0930H: Return to Pendant Hut for a well earned late breakfast
1100H: Check out of Pendant Hut, descend to Timpohon Gate. Arrive at Timpohon Gate (Est. arrival 15:00hrs to 17:00hrs) and transfer to headquarters to collect certificate of achievement.
1700H: Transfer back to Kota Kinabalu city. Journey takes approx. 2 hrs
Day 4 :River rafting
0730H: Arrive at Beaufort, hop on a train and indulge in a thrilling 1 ½ hour scenic train-ride
1030H: Arrive at PANGI Station, enjoy some light refreshments for an energy boost while the river guide briefs one through important safety measures. Rafting activity takes about 1 ½ hours to 2 hours
1230H: Arrive ending point, lunch by the PADAS River before hopping on another train ride at 13:30hours: back to Beaufort (estimated 2- 2 ½ hours)
1545H: Arrival at Beaufort Town and transfer by coach or van back to Kota Kinabalu city (your hotel) estimated 2 hours – 2 ½ hours.
1800H: Arrive in Kota Kinabalu city

Day 5: Depart back home
1435H: Depart Kota Kinabalu by AirAsia to Singapore
1700H: Arrive Singapore
